Learning is key to success. LGC&D provides internal continuing education in all facets of our profession as well as on-line multi-media resources. We encourage participation in courses outside the Firm. We pride ourselves in providing a series of career challenges so that our employees will have an opportunity to reach their full potential.

Every fall, we invest a great deal of time creating a week-long in-house training curriculum that prepares our new employees for hands-on assignments and responsibilities. We also arrange for special speakers throughout the year, as well as extensive CPE courses so that our certified public accountants can continue to earn their credentials.

Passing the CPA Exam is an integral part of professional development, and the Firm supports employees in preparing for and passing the exam by offering the Becker Review Program at a significant discount.
