As a regional, independent accounting and financial services firm, LGC&D maintains a dynamic, flexible, and creative environment to further the development and success of our clients and our employees. LGC&D formed Women Count to support the growing numbers of women within LGC&D and the business community. The program is dedicated to promoting and supporting women and their unique needs.
 LGC&D women professionals are highly motivated, focused women who have strong competencies and are dedicated to both LGC&D and the accounting profession. The leadership team of Women Count include LGC&D principals, management, professional staff and support staff. Our women professionals enjoy working in a team environment and sharing time, ideas, and inspiration with colleagues, clients and advisors. These dynamic women frequently reach out to other women in the community to meet our clients' evolving needs. Along with our reputation for hard work and high achievement, the leadership team of Women Count share a deep generosity of spirit and a desire to help and give back to our community. We actively seek out initiatives which allow all of our personnel to contribute directly to our communities, putting work into action. We contribute to and participate in many organizations throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts, supporting many events throughout the New England region. Our women professionals serve on boards and are involved in civic organizations.
