 Susan R. Johnson, Principal  Susan has been with the firm since 1981 and operates as a client service principal on commercial enterprises and governmental agencies. She is responsible for providing business consulting and attest functions to the firm's clients in a variety of industries. In 1986, she helped pioneer the firm's first flex-time role, successfully creating the foundation for the firm's ability to attract and retain professionals seeking greater work/life balance. Susan is an active member in the community and serves on several not-for-profit boards.  Martha Conn Hultzman, Senior Manager As a Senior Manager at LGC&D, Martha provides auditing, accounting and business-consulting services to closely-held, entrepreneurially-operated companies, women-owned businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Martha also performs many of the firm's retirement plan audits. She serves as Vice President of the RI Society of CPAs (RISCPA) Board of Directors. Martha also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Center for Women and Enterprise and is a Leadership RI, class of 1981, graduate.  Pamela L. Sawin, Principal For more than two decades, Pamela has been providing attest, reimbursement and consulting services to clients in the health care and not-for-profit industries. Pam has represented the firm, and our Women Count team, as a speaker at a number of educational and policy forums. Most recently, Pamela hosted a breakout session at the Bryant Women's Summit and spoke about embracing generational diversity in the workplace.  Lynn M. O'Marra, Esq., Principal Lynn is a tax specialist, concentrating on managing the tax needs of our commercial enterprises and their owners. As a member of the Women Count leadership initiative, she provides support and guidance to our internal staff, working to help them with their career advancement efforts through communication, mentoring and support. Lynn is a recent graduate of Leadership RI, class of 2006, and also serves on the Board of the Providence Athenaeum.  Renee C. Aloisio, Director of Internal Operations Renee has been responsible for coordinating and managing the firm's administrative functions for the past 13 years. Although firm members are her top priority, Renee also provides recruiting and HR consulting services to clients and is a frequent guest speaker at area colleges, providing students with insights into the recruiting process, business etiquette and communications. Renee has been a long time member of the NE Chapter of The Association of Accounting and Administration and serves on the Leading Women Advisory Board.
