 Susan R. Johnson, Principal  Susan began her career with LGC&D in January of 1982 upon her graduation from the University of Rhode Island, and in 2001 was appointed Principal of the Firm. She provides business consulting and attest functions to the Firm’s clients in a variety of industries.  Martha Conn Hultzman, Senior Manager Martha joined LGC&D in 2004 providing auditing, accounting and business-consulting services to closely-held, entrepreneurially operated companies, women-owned businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining LGC&D, Martha was a partner in a local CPA firm where she worked closely with business clients in financial and taxation matters.  Pamela L. Sawin, Principal Pamela has been with LGC&D since 1980 and is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. Her areas of experience include accounting and auditing, reimbursement and consulting in the health care and not-for-profit arenas. Pamela also speaks on these topics for the Firm’s clients and for continuing education courses.  Lynn M. O'Marra, Esq., Principal Lynn has been with LGC&D since 2002 and has been practicing in the tax area for over 12 years. In addition to tax consulting, Lynn specializes in state and local taxation. She received her Bachelor and Masters Degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law.  Renee C. Aloisio, Director of Internal Operations Renee joined LGC&D in 1989 as a tax accountant and for the past 10 years has been involved in firm administration. She also provides recruiting and HR consulting services to clients. Renee is an active member of the New England chapter of The Association for Accounting Administration (AAA) and is a member of HRMRI.
